Changes and adjustments must always be sent to us in writing by e-mail. If you want a change, e.g. the pick-up time, please send us an e-mail to info@flughafentransfer-dortmund.com. We will check your desired change/adjustment according to availability and then update your order confirmation. You will then immediately receive an update of your order with the current data.
§ 2 Content of the contract

Special luggage such as golf equipment, prams, foldable wheelchair, bicycle suitcase, pets is only possible by arrangement, is to be requested in advance from our Dispo Team by e-mail. All prices include the statutory VAT. The transport is usually carried out by airport transfer manager himself or partner companies.
2.1. The pick-up times indicated in the booking confirmation are binding for us. If you land late or earlier, we will do our best to transport you as soon as possible. Passengers are obliged to notify us in writing by e-mail of rebookings and delays caused by the airlines and which take place after placing the order. There will be no reimbursement if you do not meet our driving staff at the airport and take a taxi without consultation.
2.2. Exceptional situations such as air traffic controller strikes, bad weather conditions, etc. can only be accommodated to a limited extent by airport transfer managers, so that even longer waiting times are to be accepted by the customer.
2.3. The determination of the pick-up times to the airport is determined by the customer himself when booking online. These should result from the travel time as well as the regulations of the charter and scheduled airlines. Flughafentransfer Leitinger only advises you on setting the pick-up times to the airport and does not guarantee if you miss your flight due to traffic jams, motorway closures or the like.
2.4. Passengers' luggage is transported free of charge under the conditions of the charter and scheduled airlines.
§ 3 Price & payment

§ 4 Withdrawal & change of order
The customer can cancel the order free of charge up to 3 hours before transfer kick.
After that, 100% cancellation costs will be incurred.
Cancellations or changes must be made in writing, by e-mail to info@flughafentransfer-dortmund.com.
The non-appeara of the client (no-show), at the airport meeting points agreed by order confirmation or a missed trip (also as a result of lack of agreed contact by the client) will be charged with 100% of the agreed fare as a cancellation fee plus the waiting time incurred (35,- €/hr incl. VAT).
§ 5 Warranty
Flughafentransfer-Leitinger is liable within the scope of the duty of care of an ordinary merchant for the conscientious preparation of the agreed journeys. The liability of Flughafentransfer-Leitinger is limited to a maximum of three times the agreed total fare of the trip. Airport transfer-Leitinger is only liable for gross negligence. The customer is obliged to bring any complaints to the service to the attention of Flughafentransfer-Leitinger immediately.
§ 6 Severability clause
If one of the above clauses is ineffective, this does not change the validity of the contract. Ineffective clauses are replaced by statutory provisions.
